Three Social Media Tools We Use to Save Time

Facebook

Facebook has it’s very own tool that allows you to schedule your posts ahead of time. You can schedule multiple posts individually [ meaning no bulk upload feature ] but all in one go. Facebook also has reporting abilities to show key metrics. The reason we utilize Facebooks publishing and scheduling tools is the ability to tag. Working with multiple clients and helping them automate their social media marketing it is important that we have the ability to tag their partners or accounts if necessary.

Hootsuite

This is a great tool that allows you to manage all of your social profiles on a single dashboard while also being able to schedule your social media posts. They have an engagement section that they call Streams to help manage engagement. They also offer a default report where you can see your key metrics for your accounts. The two biggest reasons we love Hootsuite? The ability to bulk upload and publish directly to Instagram, no logging into the app to push live. For us, eliminating that step was huge in helping us save time to focus on other great custom content ideas for our clients.

HubSpot

Another awesome tool we use is HubSpot, this is especially great for our clients with full blown campaigns. HubSpot also offers the ability to schedule your social media posts and bulk upload, but takes it a step further and allows you to connect those posts to campaigns. They have great features for monitoring engagement and analyzing key metrics. They also offer the time-saving ability to publish directly to Instagram.
